Educational Festivals

We directed over 30 transformative lifestyle festivals across the state of Florida from 2015-2019, reaching between 1,000 - 30,000 people at each event.

Peace Walks

We hosted annual peace walks to spread messages of joy, compassion, and awareness for healthy and regenerative living.

Mud Races

We directed an annual mud race called Nature Ninja 5K at Cedar Lakes Woods & Gardens with over 25 nature and volunteer-made obstacles.

Food Workshops

We hosted many food demonstration workshops to show people how to make simple healthy meals at home.

We started a cafe!

Launched as "Vegan Cafe Jax," the restaurant is now called The Hungry Caterpillar and is one of Jacksonville, Florida's favorite vegan cafes, featuring a wide variety of tasteful options to send your palate on the savory journey of a plant powered lifestyle. It is a scratch kitchen with all food items, cheeses, sauces, etc. made in house. The menu is whole food plant-based and demonstrates the amazing potential of flavor of locally sourced fresh fruits, vegetables, and fungi.

The restaurant is currently run and operated by my brother, Chef Mat.

Film Screenings

Film screenings were educational community events to bring people together and discuss perspectives of engaging documentaries.

We thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail!

We hiked 2,483 miles from Georgia to Maine learning to forage and survive along the way. We now look forward to sharing our foraging and wilderness survival skills with you!

Gallery of Events

As dedicated solutionaries, we became creators of our own reality and wished to share the joy of living with others in as many unique ways we could discover!
