Be Empowered to Live Your Best Life!

Hey There!
Who am I and how did I get here? I ask myself this question every morning I wake up in the dream I'm living. Starting over each day allows me to experience the gift of a new day's surprise. Who I am is not important. I'm only a simple, silly creature of Earth. How I got here is a miracle I never understood until now. The important details I remember when I wake up are:
* Wow...I'm so grateful and glad to be here.
* What a cool thing to have these weird dangly arms to swing around and stretch when I get out of of the bed in my campervan.
* How amazing it is to have these two strong legs to carry me around.
* I'm so happy to have two of the loudest natural alarm clocks in existence (Muffin and Tokey, Goffin cockatoos)

Did I always have this mindset? As I'm redefining the memories and feelings of my mind, I'd like to say yes... it's also okay to accept that everything in life is a process of learning, understanding, growth, and evolution...regardless of beliefs. Personally, I love to see how I have shaped my character's life and experiences through becoming aware of the power of being the creator of my own reality. We all have this ability and I hope we may benefit one another through sharing personal inspiring stories of growth and expansion of consciousness.

Story Time
Once upon the time, a child nicknamed "J Bird" had a dream of a fairytale life of surviving in the forest with the help of nature and her animal friends. She held the vision of her dream in her heart and mind every day and every night, even while all her friends and family ridiculed her and told her it was "unrealistic" and silly to believe in such dreams. So she gave up her desire to live in the woods to evolve into a ridiculously ambitious member of society instead, along with her two rescued cockatoo kids (whom she adopted when she was very young). Bullied in school and motivated to escape the drama of a young person's life, she dropped out of public education at the age of 12 and enrolled in her first year of college at the age of 14. Without support from others, she and her cockatoos attended several different universities and acquired three degrees in topics of biology, parasitology, neuroscience, and education.
In her early 20's, J Bird founded and operated a successful non-profit and directed over 30 educational solutionary festivals and races over the span of five years--an endeavor her friends and family also told her would be impossible for her to achieve. In addition, she became an executive director for another non-profit, business owner for a professional dog walking business, teacher in local schools, motivational public speaker, writer, poet, athlete, jack-of-all-trades, and much more...

In 2020, at the eruption of the Covid-19 pandemic, the child in J Bird's adult body decided it was time to finally let go of everything she had worked for her entire life, including all of her material belongings. She made the heavy hearted and challenging decision to leave her two avian children with her parents for 6 months, so she and her hiking partner could abandon society and thru-hike the 2,193-mile Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. A little over a month into their journey, J Bird and "Baby Bear" encountered a serious financial crisis, leading them to discover how to forage and survive independently in the wilderness, while learning mystical secrets of the universe along the way.

Turns out, reality is way crazier than J Bird knew before... the two experienced the most epically profound adventure beyond their wildest imaginations. Upon returning to society, the world was different...people were different. Without friends or family to process her experiences with, J Bird decided to translate her experiences by putting her heart and soul into daily journaling of her many near-death experiences, deaths, lives, and awakenings. After three years of dedicated writing, processing, and transformation, she created a book to share as a gift to those who wish to discover themselves on a deeper level by adopting and entertaining new possibilities and magic in life.

Most importantly, J Bird discovered something we've always known and have forgotten...life is a game...enjoy it ;)
